I had scheduled an appointment early in the week. I was trying to actually schedule with Deena but she is not taking new customers. I had a very girl on the phone convince me to make a appointment with Melissa. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30pm 06/16/16. I arrived five - six minutes early for it wait till a gentle man showed up 10 minutes later to even be acknowledged I was there. Then Melissa comes out of the back with a client whom she just started. Has the audacity to tell me to sit down she be with me in a few minutes - how is she going to do that when she is just sectioning off the other's clients hair. I found this to be an extremely poor reprentation of care for customers and will make sure I hit every public media site to let them know what the standard of care is.
