Unprofessional and unreliable. This company will not show up when they are supposed to and they apparently don't value their customer's time. Waited two days after my appointment to hear that they were sick and couldn't make our scheduled appointment. A simple phone call could have avoided hours of waiting. There are other local companies willing to take my money the first time I call them.
