This is a really cool place in the mall. I love it! It's a great place to give someone a gift or use yourself if your into different designs.

Owner made me and my daughter cry in front of everyone due to the fact that I questioned why there is a different sitting fee for my 9 year old versus my 11 year old. She literally came out and insulted and yelled at my family while we were happily painting. When I went to the back to find out if she was the owner (which she was) she snatched the paints out of my hand and slammed the door in mine and my 9 year olds face. Causing my little girl to cry. It was absolutely horrible and mortifying, I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! There are other pottery places in grand haven that treat their customers with respect along with reasonable prices.
