We were traveling on US 31 just north of I96 when the leaf spring broke on our travel trailer and smoke from the tire was coming out of the wheel well. A policeman suggested and called Quality and they came out and assessed the problem. Did I mention that it was raining? They provided a short-term fix to get it to the service bay. This saved us a flatbed wrecker service charge. They did not have the part to replace the leaf spring but contacted a supplier, that would be open the next day.
We got a hotel room for the night and they had us back on the road at noon the next day. We appreciate the fine work they did and getting us to our destination in a timely manner. Thanks fellows.
