I have called this number several times and no one ever answers the phone. It takes a dozen calls and then I think they get tired of listening to it ring so they might answer the phone. I understand almost nobody in Muskegon is employed, but come on now if you have a phone maybe you should hire people to make up a phone bank to answer calls and direct them to the approperiate place to answer their questions. This would help build jobs in all of the Work Force places.
