Tom Noordhoff has done plumbing in Muskegon mi, the last 35 years, and had since retired 5 years ago.

I called to have our kitchen faucet installed. He said he'd be here that afternoon. After waiting, no call, no show, I called at 4:45! He said he'd be here the following day. Again, no call, no show. I called him after waiting all day, at 4:30 and he said he'd be here in the afternoon. Again, no show, no call. I called him about 4:50 and told him to forget it, we'd hire a more reliable service!

I called and he answered promptly. He said he would come that afternoon and install my kitchen faucet. By 4:30pm no call, no show! When I called him, he said he'd be here the following day. Again, no call, no show by 4:45. This happened again the following day. He apologized and aid he was having difficulties and I told him to forget it. We'd get somebody else! Do NOT recommend this service!
