Had an appointment set up for them to come measure a room in my home for flooring. Rearranged my schedule to get home for the appt. and they never showed up and never called. I called them and only got an answering machine during business hours. They never returned my phone call. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Pretty unfortunate for them because I've decided to replace the floors in my whole house.

Completely unprofessional one worker invited his wife into my house then allowed her to take a tour of my home. As if that was not bad enough all my seams between rooms are crooked, they did not clean up after them self’s. When I talked to the owner Chris Latsch he told me I must be mistaken that was there best installation crew.

Don't go there - their customer service is non-existent, despite the Bible verses on their sign. Words without actions.....
