While on a short vacation in Muskegon, I began to have some serious brake issues. Being from out of town, I had no idea who to call besides the big chain garages in the area. Literally nobody was open on a Sunday during Labor Day Weekend. I found this mechanic advertising on craigslist and decided it was worth a shot before I attempted to fix them myself in the hotel parking lot. My text was answered almost immediately even though it was 7 pm on a Saturday. We set up an appointment for the next day.
I pulled up the next day to a garage called Ernie's Auto. The owner and his son immediately pulled my car in and got to work. I ended up needing new brakes and rotors because one of the brake pads didn't release and ended up grinding down to metal. Even with a trip to get parts, they were finished in a little over an hour. The price and service was amazing. I can't thank you guys enough. I would give you guys 6 stars if I could.
