I "bought" a car. After the first wash all the black marker came off and there were scratches and dings to dents everywhere. Next a headlight went out. Happens but not when first get it. Changed bulb and found was the socket not bulb. Car city graciously fixed it because they knew G6s have that issue. 3 months later the other side went out. This time car city will not fix it. Said sorry bout your luck. Can i return a broken product. No will they fix it no. If i caused it sure id not even ask em but...this was a flaw before i got it. If you have anyother option use it do not lease fron car city. If i could get out of this lease i would! I hate you car city!

Awesome place to get a car. I just got a 2008 ford fusion. I would highly recommend going here.

Karen and barry had friendly fast service

Karen and Barry went the extra mile for me looking at several vehicles and being picky. They were respectful and friendly and most importantly honest and upfront. As an army veteran I would encourage other vets with credit issues needing a vehicle to give Karen and Barry a chance.

Staff is very courteous and has been great to work with. Had a few issues with the car and they took care of them at their cost. Great to work with

This is my second car from Car City and I will most likely by my next car from them also. I love how they know who you are and are always willing to help out if you do have a problem. Karen and Courtney are so friendly and helpful. I even sent my mom to buy from them.

I am buying a 2006 Chevy Impala from Car City of Muskegon and the experiance there was nice. I had found a few things wrong with the vehical and Car City fixed them right away. Car City is a great choice for your new vehical needs! Thanks Karen and Courtney.....

AMAZING! We of course we strung around like Crazy at one of the Local BIG dealerships with all that, "You're 100% approved" stuff, and then denied after days of waiting.



I called Karen and asked just a few questions, then we came in later that night, and had a car that same day!



Karen was fast, sooooo soooo nice, easy to get along with, she made the process pain free, and we didnt feel like we were losing out like some people make you feel.



The car was so clean, and we even took it to another dealership to have it inspected (Because you have 3 days worry free to return it, with no hassle) and the inspection came out so clean that the worker at the dealership offered to buy it from us!



You can count on Karen and her Auto Repair staff to do a great job without any hassle!
