I just bought a unsafe car from them yesterday . An 02 Buick. The sub frame is rusted right threw. So my motor and wheel can fall off ant any time

I have purchased my last 4 cars/trucks from Betten and the last 2 vehicles just last year. We have purchased 2 trucks 1 used and 1 New 2013 Chevy Siverado ; 2013 Chevy Malibu and in 2012 a 2012 CTS Cadillac. The service was Great and our Sales team member did everything to make me comfortable and worry free. I enjoyed the staff that Betten employs. So many are out there to help you or assist you. I have also referred my family members and friends to Betten and they have all have made a purchase either a used or brand new vehicle from used to New. I also use the service department for all of our vehicles. I am sure when getting ready to buy again I will definitely visit Betten on Henry Street in Muskegon.

I bought a lemon from Betten and they are not standing behind the vehicle they sold. I have gotten pushed out the door by our salesperson, the sales manager and the service manager, they say that is their "goal to provide you with an excellent purchase and ownership experience" unfortunately this is NOT the case. They get you to buy the vehicle and leave you to fend for yourself when a problem arises. What ever happened to customer service and customer satisfaction??

Jack & the others in the service department are best in class. Not one complaint in years of service on multiple vehicles.
