Now these guys know how to run a business! All parts needed were in stock and they took their time to explain things and listened to me as I explained my problem. They don't take plastic but trusted me enough to get my part to me immediately as I told them I was putting a check in the mail. Prices are very reasonable too. I wish I lived closer so I could go shake someone's hand. <3 Much appreciated!

They always have the parts I need (or can get it in a timely manner), reasonable prices and VERY knowledgeable staff. Even if you are not sure what exactly you need, tell them the problem and most times they can help you figure it out.

Alex Appliance has helping me fix my appliances for 25+ years. They are always so helpful and have saved me a lot of money over the years. If they don't stock the part, they can usually order it and will even share their knowledge of how to take something apart.
