bought a 6 piece set. only delivered to our area weds. the first wed. They came and my bf didn't have his house key so they left, fine they have schedules to make, next Wednesday they came without a call good thing I was home that day only delivered 2 pieces of our sectional and our glass top of end table THAT'S ALL. call, they say the rest back ordered wait until next wed! wait ANOTHER week they come my bf leaves work for the delivery we get a end table, other piece of our sectional, lamp but no coffee table! call AGAIN! we can come pick it up in store or they can deliver the next wed. wait until next wed, call, they aren't scheduled to bring anything to us! For record our end table wasn't put together properly the screw holes didn't line up, ended up scratching the wood trying to put together, glass has markings on inside it looks dirty, there is a big crack on the under side. 4 weeks later purchasing 2000$ worth of stuff still dont have 6 pieces of furniture and end table is junk.

i will NEVER shop here again. from the start it seemed great after that it was all down hill. was told things that where not true, they never took away my old stuff. i had to pay another person to take it. they left my stove off the truck and i was told they had it in box at there store....when i got there the salesman was cleaning up the floor model. i had to threaten to cancel our huge check in order to get anything done....DONT SHOP AT THE ABC WAREHOUSE IN MUSKEGON

I have gone in twice and walked out both times because of the attitude of the two different salesman. I would have made a sizable purchase which turned out to my benefit because I went to Art Van got better service and more than half the price. The manager needs to get salesmen who care if they sell anything.

They don't follow through and are too pricy... They lie but that's my issue.
