I was working on a rather complex plumbing project. I had reached a point where I had realized I had made a mistake with a fitting I had cemented in place. I took my assembly to Rozman, in search for a new part to start over. The gentleman (Dave) in plumbing saw what I had created, and in realization of the complexity of my assembly, thought back to a trick he had been told of by a plumber. Not only did he have the correct fitting I needed (which the larger remodeling store in the area did not have) but he was able to remove the fitting I had installed in error. Saving me about $40 in materials and hours worth of work.

under stocked over priced and staffed by clueless teens.

Took one of "their" store coupons I received in the mail for a bag of water softener salt.

First trip... they told me " they were out of it, but expecting a shipment in a few day"s.

Second trip,,, a week later, they told me "stiil out, should have in a couple of days".

Third trip,,, after calling a week later, they said "they have it in stock".

So I drove to get a bag, again.

Upon arriving I was told " that sale was over and could not use that coupon".

Even after explaining the story of the 3 trips to the store because they did not have that item in stock, they basically said "to bad"

NO experation date was on it. Coupon stated " good 2012" on the bottom !

NO compensation, rain check, or different bag of salt for my inconvenience.

Not very good customer satisfaction I'd say.

Will never set foot in that store again, and letting other people know about that issue.

Understocked/overpriced and staffed with no brain teenagers. I have lived in area for 20 years and it never changes.
