HORRIBLE!!!! AWFUL!!! I only rated one star because it was required. The so called "Barber" the Hispanic lady has an awful attitude awful customer service and just so moody. Every time I go in there with my buddy. She has this attitude as if she doesn't want to be there. She makes him and I feel awkward and regret we even came in. We wanted to help out local businesses, but her attitude is the worst. Not friendly at all. She is silent the entire time she is cutting hair. It's pulling teeth trying to get her to talk. I was thinking about getting my hair cut with her but forget that. I am never going there again. Horrible experience NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I received the worst hair color experience ever at this salon and it was done by the Owner herself. She was giving me highlights and low-lights in my hair and while it was processing, she cut her dad's hair. In the middle of his hair cut, my timer went off, but she didn't seem too concerned with it, so I didn't say anything, cause she was right beside me and I figured she heard it go off as well. Well, she pulled the foils off my hair and along with the foils, my hair went too. I had a very large bald spot in the front of my hair (where my bangs are) and then another bald spot on the top of my head (where my calic is).... Not to mention I had patchy spots of dark throughout my hair. And when I stopped at the gas station afterwards, I asked the cashier was she thought of my hair and her exact words were "I hope you didn't pay for that and where did you get it done? So I don't go there... Sweety I'm sorry, but it looks terrible". After I noticed the bald spots, I told her I wasn't paying for it and her comment was "yes you are, I didn't stay here late to take care of you for nothing". I said, "I have hair falling out". Her remark was "it's because you color your hair too much". (Which I do color my hair about 3 times per year)..but I know people who color more often than that. So she threatened to call the police and have me arrested if I didn't pay her the $110. So, I did so and cancelled the check. Well, she sent me to the collection agency, so I had to pay it again along with the collection fee. What happened to right and wrong in this world??? I was given no choice but to pay this lady for ruining my hair. I had to run to Wal-Mart afterwards and buy a box of hair dye to try and fix it the best way I could cause I was meeting my new in-laws for the first time the following day.



Please beware and don't go to this place.
