Great customer service... Always friendly.

I smoke a particular brand of cigarettes that the owner was glad to start carrying in her store. I found her willing to price match where I used to get my cigarettes at a flat rate. I found them willing to provide extra care and service to their customers. I liked the owner even though I have had less then excellent service elsewhere she tried to please me as her new customer which I now am. I recommend going there. You need to be cautious of other stores that tell you over the phone that they are willing to price match, then once you get there, they try to tell you a different story. I had this experience which really made me mad because I traveled there to the one in Temecula by Peonys. After getting there he gave me a tough time but I held my ground about what he told me on the phone. Needless to say, shifty and I'm not going back there. So go to Universal. They kept their word. :0)

great for all your smoking necessities from water pipes to hookahs they have it all. not only do they have everything i was searching for they have great design in all of there products with cheap prices. I will always recommend this store
