HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Prior to my appointment at the Baxter street location in Murrieta, I made sure they accepted my Athem Blue Cross Pathway PPO insurance with the front office. On the day of my appointment, the lady at the front office firstly chose to ignore me even though she was not on the phone and not handling any paperwork, it was if I was invisible. I handed her my new patient paperwork and gave her my insurance card. She told me they didn't accept my insurance. I informed her prior to my appointment I had my insurance approved by their office. She said "I didn't tell you that, but if you want to pay cash it will cost anywhere from $69-$215 and I wouldn't know for sure until after my appointment. How do you justify the huge price difference? I found her to be very rude and unapologetic and only received  an insincere apology after I asked for one. If you like to be treated with respect and shown common courtesy by competent front office staff, I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
