DON’T USE THEM FOR TILE INSTALLATION! If you want to reseal your travertine tile (plumber and baseboard installer was walking on the floor 10 mins after sealant was applied), sealant was not applied correctly; we have pencil and swirl marks; dull and shinning spots; tile needs to be resealed (Royalty Stone offered to apply a 2nd coat – no way are they coming back); baseboards installed – 4 areas did not use silicone to hide the gaps nor patch, sand, paint after installing to hide finishing nails; Royalty Stone was rude and accused my wife of being abusive to the tile installer when she had no contact with him the whole day until found out we had no work working toilet and plumber would be out next day 9:00 – Noon; I hired plumber that night to install one toilet; missing transition piece, Royalty Stone “what did you do with it.” ; tile installer took it with him because the end piece was damaged; One tile is higher in master bathroom and needs to be paired; more to say....

Beautiful Work. Attention to detail, very professional and patient with all my questions. Very knowledgeable about natural stone and installation specifics.



I got two other estimates and these guys were the only ones who had answers to all my questions and they kept true to what they promised.

Not sure what happened with the last customer but we were SO impressed with the staff/ customer service at Royalty stone and their pricing was the BEST. Our sales rep walked us through every detail & always answered my texts. My counters & glazed cabinets look beautiful!!! Highly recommend

Bad experience with this company, nightmare. They did my counter tops and flooring but they did a horrible job. They left gaps on the floor and they left a mess when they did my counter tops. I had to pay someone to get the counter tops cleaned up after the mess the left. The owner is very unprofessional and careless.
If you want a good job done, don't waste your time or money here.
