I have a rental property that I needed a new toilet and 3 new faucets replaced. I needed all of this to be done in one day and I called them on Thursday for a Friday install. Donald Woodruff was very accommodating to my needs. He asked me a few questions and showed up the next day with all the correct materials and installed everything needed by the end of the day. I would recommend them with high regard. I will be using their services again if needed.

Donnie's da man, call him FIRST rather than waste your time. Very fair pricing, EXCELLENT work. He replaced my kitchen sink and faucet, as well as put in an under sink water filter I picked up at the last minute. Arrived on time, finished in the time he quoted, and cleaned the area like it was before he started. Very meticulous, caring, answered all our questions/concerns as he worked. It was a Sunday when I came downstairs to find that sewage was coming up in the downstairs toilet and shower. I was horrified! Not knowing who to call, I checked a few local companies online. I go by ratings, so I decided to call about 6 or so different plumbers with good reviews for a quote. Donnie was the ONLY plumber to answer his phone on Sunday without a voicemail! I don't know about you, but that is VERY important when you have raw sewage in your tub and need to talk to a person. Donnie came over quickly without extra charges and fixed my problem. He saved me money with his coupon as well as kept my wife from spending extra money by staying at a hotel until the problem was fixed!! Thanks Donnie, I couldn't recommend you enough.

My husband was away on business one night and I was home alone, when all my drains started backing up and flooding into my house in the middle of the night! So I called this company and they came out right away, they fixed the problem and even helped me clean up afterwards and did not try and gouge us for the late night emergency call! We will recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service!!

Donnie Woodruff did an excellent job for us on mother's day he replaced the faucet for us and did not charge us extra and charged us exactly what he quoted. After hiring two different plumbers to come fix/hook up our brand new gas washer/dryer unit, they both told me different excuses that they couldn't do it. I called this company, and they came out right away, he was professional, friendly, and got the job done great! He went above and beyond our expectations and even fixed our leaky toilet as well! We couldn't be happier! We will use them again in the future!

Had the handle on my "gate valve" pipe break - with the valve in the closed position meaning no water. Of course this had to happened on a Sunday so I called 24-7 Plumbing. They came out the same day, replaced my broken gate valve pipe and the best part was they did not "gouge" me because of the weekend emergency service. Excellent company and Donnie Woodruff did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. One of the few (if not the only) companies who do not charge double or triple for a weekend call.
