Can’t thank the guys at NTB enough, I took our F350 service truck in for an alignment today as the truck was recently in a crash. When I took the truck in the steering wheel was about 45 degrees off and drove terrible, Cody checked everything out really good and did an alignment and it is genuinely a night and day difference, the truck drives straight as an arrow now and the steering wheel is perfect. I come all the way from Conway because these guys are the only ones I trust to do any work on our trucks, I highly recommend them to anyone!

While vacationing from PA, the light for Low tire pressure came on. After adding air and having the same message the next day, I headed to NTB. They were not able to do the repair at that moment but made an appt for the next day. Repair was completed, staff very personable, cost very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.

Absoutly amazing company. The manager mike Lowe will go above and beyond for his customers. And he has amazing staff!!! Would never go anywhere else.

So here's my story….I looked all over the town for a certain size 15 inch tire nations tire had to tire I need. He gave me a price of 60 something dollars we talked about our situation he said he would call when the tire was ready. And our conversations he knew we were looking for the cheapest possible price because we were on a very tight budget. They call me back to let me know the tire was ready well the price was 90 something dollars when I ask why he tells me that includes installation. They never once explained to us that they were going to charge us over $30 to take the old tire off the rim put the new tire on the rim and balance the tire. There was no vehicle there we brought the deflated tire in all they were doing was taking the tire off the rim putting a new tire on the rim and balancing the tire on the rim. I really think that is extremely crooked business practices when someone tells you they're on a budget you give them a price you should give them that price including everything not just a tire price. Just be careful if you do try to do business with these guys to look over all their FinePrint and make sure you know what you're paying for 1699 "tire installation" is pretty ridiculous when it's a single tire that you hand-delivered to them.
