7/15/15 - These guys have been to my house 3 times to fix a non-working AC. The 1st time, guy told my wife the problem was a air vent was blowing on the thermostat, causing it to think it was cooler than it was in the room. Left without doing any troubleshooting. 2nd guy 2 days later said a capacitor was bad and replaced. 'Not sure how long it will last' was comment. 6 weeks later, AC failed again. Was suppose to be at house 1-4P. She called at 4:15 when they had not showed' Answered call with 'what do you need'. Acted like there was no apt set. Came out, replaced capacitor. Was rude during visit.



They were sent via my home warranty. Don't do business with them. I called to get an explanation. Got no callback.



Would give them NO stars but system won't let me...
