I gave them one star because there is not an option for none. I recently started working for a company who uses them for their business cards. When mine were ordered, they put the wrong phone number. When we asked them to redo them they told us they would do it for half off. They only gave us a discount. Later when we hired a 2nd therapist they left the email for our other therapist on her cards. They did send a proof but did not give us time to approve it. The order was placed within an hour of them sending the proof. But, even though we did not get to look at the proof they were the ones who made the mistake. We asked that these be redone free of charge. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistake.
