Professional, helpful, and experts in their field - I was very pleased with my experience - the staff was amazing and the follow up superb. I don't know a lot about the health of trees, however, that didn't matter because Reliable Tree Care knows it ALL. They handled my issues with ease, and kept me informed along the way. They were on time, neat, helpful, and very customer-focused. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Good skill, very poor business manners. The date of my tree pruning was pushed back and pushed back because they were putting Christmas lights ahead of me on their schedule. They finally arrived (double the length of time they had originally scheduled) and didn't complete the task as discussed during my consultation. They cited the contract and faulted me for not noting one branch specifically on the written contract that I wanted cut even though it was clear in the conversation and mentioned many times. I asked them about the branch when I noticed they were packing up and they said to call the office. It would've taken maybe 15 minutes with their gear, but they just finished packing up and left. So, if you don't mind them showing up three months late, just make sure you have every single branch written into your contract!
