worst place ever, l took my minivan for front end alignment, it took 5 hours l was charge 420.00, my van still pulled to the left,as much as before l come back y l was told to get a new set of tires. what? complete rip off. never comeback again.

I took my car in to get a quote on my compressor that just went out. It took over an hour for them to look at it and when they brought it around the manager had the air conditioner running full blast. My car smelled like something was burning and I was told leaving the air especially at full blast can be a fire hazard. And on top of that they insisted it would take about 8 hours to repair.

I dropped off a vehicle for service to include a front end alignment. It took them 2 days to get it done, the excuse being that they had to wait for a part, which does happen sometimes. But after I picked it up I discovered that the front end alignment that I paid for had not been done, as it still pulled to the right just as much as before and the steering wheel was not centered as it would have been if they had done the alignment. I initially made arrangements to take it back to get them to do it again, but as I was looking at my ticket I discovered that some of the services that I had requested were not done, and were not on the ticket. I've been going to them for about 15 years, but no more. They've lost a customer for life on all 3 of my vehicles. They get 2 starts only because I didn't have to fight to get a refund for a service that was never done.

I was very please with Southeastern Tires service, the salesman was very knowledable about the different tires. They made a recommendation and took the time to explain the differences in the tires. They also offer Nitrogen service, this something not many of the competitors have. They took very good care of my vehicle, and gave me great service after the sale. I really like the fact that I am getting free rotation and balance just for buying the tire. No wonder they have been in business, sense 1960. I would recommend them to anyone without hestitation.

I feel that I got taken advantage of being a female and not knowing much about cars. I took my car in to have a tire replaced which had a damaged side wall. Instead of replacing the damaged tire they moved it and replaced a tire that was not in need of being replaced. When I took the car back to have them fix their mistake their answer was that there must have been 2 damaged tires. I had inspected all of the tires when I noticed the first one was damaged and none of the other ones had anything wrong with them. Their mistake left me with no choice but to have to purchase an additional tire.
