Horrible wouldn't recommend them to anyone Allyson is very unprofessional and they never answer the telephone

I got a set of Michelin tires that were not satisfactory..One kept going flat even after they fixed it.
I bought the Sears hazard insurance for $74.
Michelin authorized me to get a new set of tires because I was within my 30 day guarantee. Sears e mailed me about my appointment saying that the hazard insurance would be transferred.
After the new tires were installed I was told that I would have to buy the insurance again.I was also told by Jim via Denise (manager)....Sears is done with you.Good bye.
