CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:00am

Poor Service! Call center has no way to reach drivers so if problem occurs can't be reached. Missed complete pickup and was told driver would return same or following business day. They didn't show up! Now trash been sitting on curve now for 5 days,embarrassing because it appears we havent paid bill. Plus they refuse to prorate bill for services paid in advance. I am canceling our service and not renewing. I would not recommend their services.

They missed my garbage on Wednesday morning. My wife called and they said that it would be picked up within 24 hours. Thursday afternoon I called them and they told me that they must have forgot to come by. They said that they would send someone out on Friday after their normal routes. They never showed. On Friday I even called their main office to speak with a manager twice once at 11:30am and again at 4:00pm. I never got a reply. I called Saturday but they were closed. Needless to say, I am DUMPING THEM ! This is not the first time that this has happened in our neighborhood. They don't have many more customers in our sub division.
