Don't do it!

They have the WORST management!! (Freda) she makes new policies and doesn't inform you.. They email about bus routes instead of more important stuff.. I moved in August 2014 with a dirty ripped stained carpet and was promised a new carpet.. Here we are 6 months later and I'm still having to walk on these same staines! They barely change the filters in your apt.. They make work orders but don't even work on them.!! One of the managers tried to bribe me into resigning my lease and she said I will get new carpet!? Wtf?! They are a horrible staff! The overages are sky high!! And we barely use stuff in our apt. When you call the office you can never get through.. They make it seem like these apts are nice but every night u gotta sleep under the bed or you have a high chance of GETTING SHOT! The violence here is HORRIBLE! I watched a car get hit and the people jus kept going! There aren't any cameras at all.. People get robbed and nothing happens because you can't go to the office to look at the video cause there's no cameras! Since I've moved here the fire alarm in the office has yet to cut off its constantly going off so idk if my apt fire alarms work or not.. THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE IF UR THINKN ABOUT MOVING IN... THINK AGAIN!! Maybe try The Pointe or maybe University Ridge..!!

If you want you children shot at on a daily basis then go right ahead and take them up to Woodlarks Raiders Ridge Apts. This place is GOD's version of HELL on earth. Your kids will be dodging bullets, fighting off dopehead's with knives. Maintenance can't fix things because the cheap bastards won't spend a dime to buy new parts to be able to fix the stuff that is BROKEN!!! Management there is the biggest joke of them all. All you have is children renting to children, and the children they are renting to probably knows more about the job than they do. The place might look good on the outside, but you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. SO PARENTS PLEASE DON"T TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS HELL HOLE!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. My son moved into a 4 bedroom apartment on what we were told was a 6 month lease. He moved out after 6 months and now we are being told that the leases are for 7 months and we have to pay another months rent even though my son had moved out. He also got assigned a new roommate and this person was selling drugs and had a hand gun in his possession. There were several robberies while my son was living there. I have personally seen the trash running out into the road by the dumpsters because there was twice as much trash as there was dumpster space. There are college kids running the office and I have had one girl talk to me like I was 10 years old. Very disrespectful. Trashy. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Find some place else!!!!! This website makes you give a1 star :( This was the most horrible experience that my daughter had while in college. They claim they had security, my daughter never saw any driving around in this complex. Some drunk guy was trying to force his way in her apartment in the middle of the night, she called security and received a voicemail. She had to leave a message!!? Murfreesboro police showed up before security. Every month she received a late notice on her door...even though she paid on item and in the office. Always had to take the receipt to the office to get the late fee removed, even though it was their mistake that they had it credited to the wrong tenant. This happened at least 4 times out of the 9 months she lived there. Internet NEVER worked!!!! My daughter usually went to the library on campus because the Internet was not reliable, even if it was on, it would go down in the middle of a test or assignment that she was working on. My daughter subleased an apartment because she was getting ready to graduate....the office told her to get the key from who she subleased from, the girl told her that she was still moving but would make my daughter a key. Anyone could make copies of the keys they use and they don't re-key these locks! So you are not real safe here. My daughter and I turned in an inspection sheet and when she got ready to move out...Guess what??? They couldn't find the inspection sheet!!? Imagine that! My daughter was charged with everything that we had written on the inspection sheet. I called the office and left messages for Amy the manager to please call me, she would never return my calls. The only way Amy would respond was by email and she would just say that we needed to produce the inspection sheet to get the charges removed. I highly advise making yourself a copy of the inspection sheet and keep good records of your payments. They charged my daughter for the carpet to be cleaned, the walls to be painted and pet stains!!!! By the way, my daughter did not have a pet. On the inspection sheet that we turned in, we noted that the carpet had pet stains and looked like a kitten had scratched the carpet because it had long runs in them. We had to pay for these charges or worry about Raiders Ridge ruining our credit, so I pray the new tenants really get clean carpet and fresh painted walls because my daughter lived in filth while there. Oh almost forgot, on a positive note, my daughters washer over filled and soaked the floor ...maintenance fixed it within a day and was very good.

If I could give this apartment complex a 0 star rating I would. I don't even know where to begin. The apartments are ant infested, which they blame on YOU, and there is garbage everywhere! The heat and other appliances break, and it takes forever to get them fixed. It is very expensive for the quality you get. The noise is HORRIBLE! The staff, I swear, all have mental issues, and are very lazy. Oh, and that little guard tower and gates, ya they don't use those. It is also not safe. A guy got killed here when we first moved in. My fiance and I moved into these apartments in 2011, and I thought it was great that they allowed pets and had an alarm system. The sample apartment they show you is very nice. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The furniture is cheep and everything breaks. We have had ant problems since we moved into the apartment complex, and they blamed the ants on us even though I keep my apartment VERY clean. It got so bad one time that we had a grub, yes a grub, crawling on our floor. I had to throw out half of our food and treat the ants myself. When the people finally came to spray they sprayed the stuff on my cats food, set our alarm off, and left all of the lights on. Our heat broke the first winter we were here, and it took them a week and a half to get it fixed, we froze. They constantly try to charge you overages and break their part of the lease. They tried to charge us $20 a person for overages, a month we weren't here I might add, until I pitched a fit and told them to look it up. When they finally looked it up they were very rude but found out it was their fault, so unprofessional. The staff do not know what they are doing, and they send you on a wild goose chase to figure out a problem yourself. The internet was down for two months near finals, and when I went to complain they said sorry...that was it! They wouldn't credit accounts for lack of internet because they said that we don't pay for it, bull! Did I mention that the noise level is horrible? You have to make a noise complaint on someone 3 times before they will really do anything besides give them a slap on the wrist. People will turn their music up at ALL HOURS of the week, and they have parties at ALL HOURS of the week. Oh, and if the noise complaint is about someone who works in the office, too bad, you have to live with it. We had to call the police on the people across from us twice because they were having a party from 9pm to 2am, but the people in the office thought it was funny when I went to complain! The staff is the worst part about this complex. I beg you, stay somewhere else! Don't give these people your money!

Mamma's don't let your babies ...

Mamma's don't let your babies rent from Raiders Ridge! I c0-signed for my son back in 2006. When he and his roommates moved out the management took advantage of the young naive collage kids and made up "lost" furniture.

No one told me about this until a collection agency contacted me for around $400 for amount owed to Raiders Ridge. I paid it as we had no proof that it was a made up charge.

Flash forward 6 years and this shows up on my credit report.

Crooks!!!
