My girls were on a long trip when the transmission in the van started to act up. They looked at it immediately, replaced shift solenoid, and fluid and gasket and got yhrm back on road. Fair price too !

Best price for aTransmision Rebuild

Was very desperate to get my car fixed. Firestone shops do not work on transmission issues so they referred me to Mr. Transmission. Staff was very friendly and allowed me to drop my car off after hours. Most Mechanic shops are not available after 5PM. Most Mechanic shops in Tennessee take over two weeks to rebuild a transmission, Mr. Transmission did it in just four days even though it was the weekend. The price was $1300 below other shops in the area. They even gave me tips to prolong the life of my car. Highly recommended.

Lacks Customer Service Skills

The gentleman that runs this shop seemed inconvienced the minute we walked thru the door. Constantly put you on hold when trying to find out the status of the vehicle, then tell you he would call you back and never would. Fails to meet bench marks HE set for return of the vehicle.

Can not, in good faith recommend this organization based on lack of customer service and communication.
