I called and asked if they could get the window back up for me and when I took it over they said I needed a new regulator and after ordering it they gave me my key back and charged me 199.00 dollars..However when they handed the keys back they stated it was still broke and that it still wouldn't work.. but they disconnected the window so now it was up but wasn't working..when I called to see if they could finish the job.. and to say they should finish the job .. I was astounded to hear that basically they felt I should take it elsewhere.. I was very upset and told them what Ford and another place had told me that it would cost even more money to go elsewhere since I would have to pay basically all over again and J.W. had started it and should never have just left me hanging the way they did..

I broke down into tears.. and they stated that they would be out but I could call back at the first of October and they would try to find me a time
I found another shop since J.W. Collision didn't seem to eager to help a 60 yr old widow with her issue.. I took it to have another repair shop that did end up fixing it and now I have a working window.. but
what really upset me was they took pictures of the regulator and said that while it did look as if they replaced the motor the pictures show the original Ford parts.. I have the pictures and intend on contacting J.W. collision to see if they are willing to return any of the money I paid due to I feel like I was taken advantage of .. something that no woman especially a senior would ever want done to them..

i can only say that I will update this review depending on what they tell me but I doubt they will do the right thing.. It is truly sad that any vehicle place would ever take advantage of a senior female and I definitely wasn't prepared that J.W. Collision would do this to me.. just hurts when everyone should do their best for their fellow man.. (woman in this instance)
