I've had several laptop issues over the years and used Joe's each time with great success. The latest incident occurred 1/10/17 where I improperly downloaded files which caused other problems I was unable to recover, including online access..As usual, the staff, especially Kelli was very helpful, courteous and professional. She was patient and explained how things got out of wack and how it needed to be corrected. She was very detailed and explained at a level I could understand. Some corrective things were done while I was there and I had a chance to see how other customers were treated when they came in and asked for service. More impressive was how Kelli referred a customer who was in a hurry to another service provider close by, she assured him of the high quality work from that provider.
Additionally, the price was very reasonable and staff knowledge was exceptional.

I highly recommend Joe's Computer Shop for your computer needs.

Whatever you do DO NOT go there....guarantees poor work then will blame you when you bring it back BECAUSE of bad work. The owner was completely rude.
