I had a booting issue and they told me my motherboard was going out and that I needed a new one. First, it took them three more weeks than estimated to get the part. Then, after I spent $200 plus the work fee, my laptop is having the same issues three months later. Never going back there again.

This is a very friendly, well run store that is very knowledgeable about computers. I would highly recommend it. Fayrouz knows his business. Gus Gordon
