I despise this place and the people working there. They are so rude and harass me constantly. We have been late once, but had set up a payment plan with them, yet they still called, everday, 10+ times a day. I work long hours, and so does my boyfriend so we can't always answer the phone. Also, we made our payment day on Fridays, because of our paycheck schedule, they repeatedly call me on Thursdays and tell me I'm late. I have reminded them so many times, yet they continue with the harassing calls. Also, because of our work schedule, we rarely are able to make it to the store to pay, so we so it over the phone, but they never seem to be able to answer, and then try and slap us with late fees because of their negligence. I swear, my boyfriend and I are going to make it a point to just afford the things we are renting from them within the next month or two so that we do not have to deal with incompetent management and harassment.

Don't leave your credit card on file with them, they will run it every week. They were suppose to just take out every two weeks like my pay day

These guys were so friendly and made the process easy. I actually entered my order on their web site and when I got to the store they already had my order ready.
