When I went to castle dental I was very nervous, but after I met Dr. Brennerman and Valerie, I felt as comfortable as can be. Service was great, and my tooth came out with ease, thanks Castle Dental for your pleasurable experience!!!

I was very impressed with Dr. Bennerman. He was very kind and an excellent dentist.

We were very pleased with our visit and will be getting braces put on Monday.

My hygienist, Lara, was very helpful and insightful. I am now taking better care of my teeth and feel good about the dental care I am receiving.

Dr. Carrion and the staff at the Murfreesboro Castle are always friendly and welcoming to me. A space that had developed over the last couple of years between two of my top front teeth had caused me to alter my willingness to smile as I had always done. When asked for possibilities, Dr. Carrion explained a very simple solution--a white filling on the tooth that had shifted for a very reasonable fee (a bargain compared to braces!). The results were amazing! I have told many friends about this simple and economical, but extraordinary, cosmetic solution! This procedure should be advertised in the media!

As a Dental Assistant myself I am aware of how an office needs/should run. I was very pleased with my visit. The "dental team" acted in a very professional manner. I even got to visit with the manager, Lorraine - (I found it pleasant that she took time to talk with me.) Overall my experience was without any complaints - You've got a great Team there.

I had a cavity filled here and within a week it fell out! I was in alot of pain. Went back and they re-filled the tooth at no charge. Still in alot of pain and finally went to another dentist to find out that in the process of them trying to fill a cavity that they cracked my tooth. Furthermore, I was going to need a Root Canal AND a Crown because of their incompetency! After alot more pain and approximately $2000, my tooth is fine. BUT, they still are after to me to pay $130 for the balance on the damage to my tooth!!!



If you're thinking about going here just because your insurance accepts them, you're better off paying for a dentist outside your network or just not going at all!!

The Dentist and dental assistant were pretty good, but this office gets a big fat "F" for front desk staff service. Not very helpful or friendly, or knowledgeable for that matter. I had a simple request and never heard back. Called, left a message, never heard back. My simple issue was never resolved (getting my insurance benefits corrected in their system), and due to that I had to find another place to go to get my dental work done. But I really feel they try to sucker you into paying more than necessary for procedures that are already covered by Insurance, but that is my opinion and not a fact. There are definitely better dental offices to visit in Murfreesboro.
