On 7/23/13 an elderly lady showed up to my house in an old ambulance to groom my shih zhu/yorkie mix...before knocking on my door she gets an extension cord and plugs into my power then comes to introduce her self never once asking if she could use my electricity. We talked for a moment then she asked me what I wanted done to my pup I told her I wanted a summer cut and his ears and nails trimmed she told me she knew exactly what I meant because she did another shih zhu the same way. An hour later I got the shock of my life when she knocked on my door to tell me she was done she had shaved my dog completely chopped his ears cut him every where with the clippers. I have never seen anyone give a summer cut like that nor have I ever seen someone so careless and blind treat an animal that way..it has been almost a week and my dog is still shaken and cut up..he has a wound over his eye his paws are raw. If I could rate At Your Bark And Paw at a zero I would. If you value your pet don't let Linda get a hold of him/her. I will never use her again and I will tell all I know not to use this "company"!!!
