We bought our home in Murfreesboro 15 years ago and it came with a transferable service with Americare.... We did not even know that termites could be a problem. They ask if we'd be interested in keeping their service. We agreed and we have been using them ever since and never had a bit of trouble.... We would recommend them in a heart beat

A home I had under contract received a termite treatment by Ameri Care Services, Inc. The drilling they did caused a crack in the foundation. I contacted Mr Swett about the damage to the foundation. He denied responsibility. I then filed a bbb complaint which included a quote from a foundation repair company that confirmed the drill bit into the foundation is what caused the crack. Mr Swett first tried to deny they ever drilled holes on that side of the house, even though I presented with them before photos (from the home inspection) with no drill holes. He then asked the bbb to not publish the complaint. In addition, they left concrete dust all over the perimeter of my home. They damaged tiles, and they drilled thru plumbing lines that run to the fountain, which means the patio needs to be ripped up to replace the plumbing lines. They are denying all responsibility. They lie and are not a reputable company in the least. The owners are trying to skirt responsibility.

Took a bit but finally got them to take care of the problem :) and couldn't be happier now. They were very thorough this time around.

I have used Americare for several years for my person home. They have always been honest, competitively priced, and provided excellent service. They currently provide my pest control for my rental homes as well as my personal home.

Ask for Steve. He has always done a great job. I am extremely pleased with their service and would highly recommend Americare!

I used Americare and was shocked at the shabby service. After a high pressure sales pitch (uncomfortable) I decided to use Americare for pest control. They then made me pay a large deposit. After they did the shoddy work they billed for the entire amount without taking the deposit off. When I refused to pay this full bogus amount they turned me over to collections. I hope I never here the name Amricare again. Please don't use them for ANYTHING.

Wayne came out and did a very thorough inspection of my home and the workers did an outstanding job. Thank you.
