Dan, owner of eartlyenchantments is absolutely amazing. We told him our vision and he brought it to life. Exactly what we hoped for. On very short notice he created this masterpiece for our family and got it to it's destination early. The piece is absolutely stunning. Our family is so gracious for his understanding and expertise.

WOW! Talk about customer service! I ordered a funeral arrangement on behalf of my company from out of town so it wasn't like I was getting something for myself or would even see the arrangement -- or so I thought! During our initial phone conversation, Dan suggested variations and after I chose one of his suggestions, he described in detail how he planned to make the arrangement. Perfect. But I thought that was it. The next day, he sent me an email receipt including a picture showing the beautiful arrangement he delivered and a description of the flowers used. I wish I got such personal service in all my business dealings. If I were local, he would definitely be my choice and even though we are not local, if I ever get the opportunity to use his services again, I certainly will. Thank you, Dan.
