Took my car in which weeks ago to get a estimate on replacing a ball joint and wheel alignment. Took my car in yesterday to have the work completed and dropped the car off went home called them to have the tires rotated they said ok. Paid 297.00 drove off notice the rotation was not done and car was pulling hard to the right. Went back and the manager asked why I'm back. I did the rotation was not done and the car is pulling hard to the right. Another tech came out and said I needed another part and the cost was 92.00. Left the car came back at closing at 7p they couldn't complete the job. Drove home looked underneath there was axle grease every where so brought it back today and they to me it was my fault the boot was torn already and there was never grease there before. When I left I told all the custo.errorsame to read the Google reviews before doing business there. They are rude and incompetent.Save your money go somewhere else

I came here for a second opini...

I came here for a second opinion after the Vernon Hills shop refused to acknowledge an obvious shaking problem with brakes I had installed there. (See my review of them on here by looking up the NTB in VH). The NTB in Mundie fixed that problem by turning the rotors, but the problem crept back up after only about six months. This time they said it was a problem with the brake calipers and to come back a few months later (I asked them if they had inspected the rotors and they said they had). I decided to get another opinion and so took the car (2001 Lexus LS 430) to the dealer where I bought it, and they were able to fix it by once again turning the rotors. They also said the calipers were fine.

I guess the lesson here is to definitely not go to NTB for brakes.

Bring a tent

Hmmmm. Where do I start. I call at 8AM on a Saturday to make an appointment for 10:30AM. I'm told, "No need. We're open all morning." So I show up at 10:30 and I have to wait nearly 2 hours because there are cars ahead of mine. And that's after waiting in line for 30 minutes to check in because there's one person working in front....on a Saturday. Never coming back here.
