Brazilian jiu-jitsu for all levels. Beginners are not just thrown into a class just learning moves, but teaches them the fundamentals to build upon, to roll and flow from all positions. It’s a family run school that also has a dedicated kid’s classes. Once they are done, you are able to get a solid workout in also, all in the same place. Let’s not forget No-GI jiu-jitsu also. Not only can you find a class that suites your own pace, you can bring it up a notch. They do prepare you for competition as the instructor’s, Carlos and Patty, are very active in traveling to compete themselves, and keep you well informed on what local and nationwide events are going on. As a purple belt, I have tried all classes (minus the kids) and they are well structured in delivering what the student needs to have a well-rounded game.
