So my friend and I got here over an hour ago. It took over ten minutes for anyone to ask if we wanted anything to drink and them over ten minutes for one water and one diet coke to come. The waitress said they had to wash more glasses. Seriously? The restaurant wasn't even full and they didn't have enough glasses to serve the current customers? Give me a break.



So currently it's been an hour and fifteen minutes since we arrived and still no food.



Only come here if you want a VERY leisurely meal.

The food here is amazing! We have been ordering for years! I have so many favorites, crab, egg rolls, fried rice, kung pao, everything is good! The owners are super nice and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I can never eat at another Chinese place, nothing compares to Hong Kong!

AWFUL customer service. I was told I was a little over their 5 mile delivery radius but that they would deliver my food. My food arrived, I tipped the driver and told him to please tell the owners that we appreciated them allowing delivery. I opened the food and realized we were missing the chicken fried rice. I called and was told that we lived too far away for them to deliver the missing food. I explained that I ordered $30+ worth of food and that I expected all of it to be delivered. The lady would not budge and refused to deliver the remaining food. I will never order from here again!
