I rented a scooter so I could go to the Waukegan air show. Scooter showed a full charge. It went out on me after 10 minutes in the middle of nowhere. I had to call for help because Fair Haven Medical Supply would not come out and help me or service their equipment. I’m obviously disabled and had to sit out in the hot sun. Eventually they had to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital and I had to have my brother pick up everything behind me. He had to push the whole scooter back to the trailer because even after four hours of charging it still wouldn’t work. Fairhaven medical supply offered a service and they endangered me. I would not suggest renting anything from them because they will not offer any kind of service. And they won’t offer usable scooters. Stay away from these people.

Excellent knowledge about the products including products and places to go incase they don't have what you're looking for. Great experience and I will continue to come here and feel like im going to be cared for in the proper manner.

I went to this store looking for a product. They didn't have it, but found it, called me to conferm, and ordered it for me within two days. I was very satisfied with their quick service.
