I have used this company for both irrigation systems as well as backflow testing, without any problems. They provide quality and professional services at aggressive prices. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have used American National for over 15 years for sprinklers and lighting. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with each and every time they come to the house. I've used this company for sprinklers and lighting for 14 years. They call to set up an appointment every fall to close down the system, and call to set up an appointment to open it up every Spring. They show up on time every time! If only the cable company worked like this....On the rare occasion when we had an issue with the system, they came out right away to fix the problem. They are a great company to work with!

Having had systems both installed by and serviced by American National Sprinklers I can tell you that I have never been disappointed in the quality of work they perform or the friendliness of the staff from the office to the field personnel.They arrive when they say they will and go above and beyond in taking care of any issues that may arise with our irrigation system. I find their pricing to be extremely competitive and they perform their work to the highest industry standards. If anything ever goes wrong they completely stand by their work and honor all guarantees provided.I have recommended them highly to many friends and family and not once I have I ever heard a complaint from any referrals I have provided them. They were supposed to come out Monday for an estimate that i need for an underground sprinkler system that I want installed in the spring. Nobody showed up or called me. I work from home so therefore I lost a whole day of work because of this.

Service is horrendous! Very rude secreteries.

This company is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with customer service wise. They overcharged me after I had been an existing customer for a number of years. I called to work it out with them and they were belligerent and rude to me on the phone but then agreed to correct the bill. Weeks later I received a past due notice on the bill they were supposed to correct. I called them again to work out and they immediately argued with me and told me they would not correct the bill. Have NEVER experienced anything like it. So much for treating your existing customers with respect. Don't get hooked in to this company, they will turn on you one day!

Unhappy by Joanne - 10/04/2012I had living lawns come out to shut off my sprinkler system when the came out to do that they seemed to have missed that I have a broken sprinkler part.. (Not exactly sure what its called.) You would assume it would be a cheap part because it was just the sprayer part that was not spraying. But anyways I called them to let them know they missed it at the turn off of my system. The gentleman on the phone then prussumed to tell me that i am a lier that he came and shut the system down himself. So for them to come back out they told me it would cost $ 200.00!!! SInce this has happened i will be going with a diffrent (better) company next year.

I was very upset with your company, You came out to give me an estimate on a sprinkler system. I bought your system and it hasnt worked all summer! I would be understanding if you were understanding and came to fix my system. But your trying to charge me to come out and fix somtheing that has not worked right since day 1! These people are a joke and a scam.

I have now spoken with this company three times to try to schedule a backflow system test. The test has been scheduled several times but apparently not done yet. I spoke with them again TODAY asking for someone to call me back to let me know when this test was going to be done. I still have not heard back from them. Guess I will be looking for a new sprinkler service.

The technicians at American National installed both a lawn sprinkler system and my outdoor lighting system and they were very knowledgeable and thorough and -clean-. Very very professional and wonderful to work with.

Fabulous Service - very dependable

I had American National put in my sprinkler when my new sod was laid down. They were quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Laury Feldman, who sold me the sprinkler system was very professional and helpful. It was a terrific experience and I highly recommend them.

When we moved to our home, the sprinkler system that the previous owner installed (not from American National) was not functioning. After talking to a bunch of neighbors, they all said we really need to call American National to take a look at the system. All of my neighbors had their systems done by American National and are all very happy with their product and great service. We were very fortunate to get in touch with Laury who was a wealth of knowledge about sprinkler systems. Laury immediately had one of his most experienced servicemen out the next day and within an hour, my sprinkler was up and running. I'm glad American National is now servicing my system during the season -- they are very professional, dependable and great to work with. I would not normally boast about great service, but when the grass is greener on the other side, I had to let prospective customers know.

Of all the things I had to do to my new home, I was most pleased with the services I received for my sprinklers and lighting. If you are looking for a quality system with great service and professional and courteous personnel, then you will love this company. I rarely gush over any service I have had done to my house so this is the exception. You will be extremely pleased with the look and function and never have to worry about a thing due to their professional installation and maintenance.

I used American National to do both my Lighting and Sprinkler system. They are honest beyond reproach. They were clean and respectful of my property. They were prompt to do the installs, and they thoroughly explained how to work my equipment. I have the best and greenest lawn in my subdivision thanks to them.A++ rated
