Don;t bother with their online schedule a maintenance visit. They never get back to you. I submitted my request for service, got an instant email saying they would be in contact with me. Nothing. Replied back to their email saying no one had contacted me and still no one responded. If you have a system for allowing customers to schedule maintenance via your website, then you better follow up on it. Go somewhere else. So much for talking about customer service.
