Gaddis does good work, but I have experienced the same type of problems with their service staff. It takes a week or more to schedule an appointment, and then they don't call you when the vehicle is finished. I recently dropped a car off at 7am because the battery was shot and I was barely able to get the car started that morning. Called them back at 4pm and not only had they not even looked at the car, it took them about 5 minutes just to find the paperwork. If they couldn't look at the car that day, they could have at least told me that so I could make other arrangements and not be stuck in Muncie.

Every time we call to get our Dodge car into the shop, they are booked till sometime next week. *as of lately our car goes in once a month, its an 05 Neon, that has been taken care of by the book since we bought it brand new. We are now driving an hour to some other Dodge dealer. That many repairs on Dodge products? Slow employees?
