Each Badcock showroom carries approximately 4,000 items, including dining room, living room and bedroom furniture, patio furniture, beds, bedding, appliances, electronics and floor coverings. Approximately 75 percent of the these stores are individually owned through a dealership business model that is unique because it consigns all of the company s merchandise to the dealers and does not require a franchise fee. In addition to its headquarters in Mulberry, Fla., the company maintains distribution centers in Mulberry and Live Oak, Fla., Thompson, Ga., Cullman, Ala., and Mebane, N.C.
