I am very disappointed in my last experience here. Clearly something happened to the corozo buttons on my cashmere cardigan. I understand dry cleaning can be harsh on delicate items but - but Instead of saying something - they replaced all the buttons with cheap plastic pink buttons (sweater is green). Did they hope I wouldn't notice? I would have been understanding had they offered to let me choose a button more similar to what was damaged. This disceptive way of providing services means I'm no longer a customer.
