The complexity of understanding cell phone contracts and matching hardware to the service is beyond me. The staff here is technically competent and patient. However, when in the store it has not been unusual to wait 15 minutes or more for help.

Went here to switch to a Verizon plan. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless the whole process of signing up and porting my number was!



Good store, easy location, nice people. Worth your time.
