I was shocked by the previous reviewer. This store not only carries every brand you can think of, they have excellent prices and service. They have a price match policy that is great. If I bring a print out from an online store they match the price no problem. This saves me a lot of time and trouble if I ever have a warranty issue. Their warehouse is huge and they rarely seem to be out of stock on anything. It is a little hard to find. What I like best about this store is the customer service is great. They've always been very helpful and friendly. Great store.

I came into this store looking to enhance my previous grow system. Living on the peninsula I thought this location might be more convienant than alterior places I have been in San Francisco and boy was I was wrong. Definitely a place you want to pass up. Its hard to find and they are OVERPRICED! I have no idea where they are importing from... and thier staff is under educated and have no idea what thier products features and benefits are... and to top it off it took them 45 minutes to even acknowledge that I was in the store and didnt even offer me any assistance in finding anything I needed. I will not be returning to this store, save yourself some time.
