Horrific experience! (from someone who never wrote a negative review in their life)



Please research and proceed with caution.

Please don’t ignore the very poor ratings for this place, I did so when I enrolled my child and I regret it very much. Read all the other reviews and check other sites where the school is also very poorly rated. Do a Google search on their name and reviews. Please do your own extensive research and proceed with caution.



Frivolous Reports to Police and Social Services:



My child is autistic and can be sometimes hard to control and prone to injury due to poor motor skills. When he injured himself, they called the police and children protective services to point out a bruise that they say did not occur “on their time”. Ironically, when I asked him about it later, he said it happened on the playground.

Of course I removed my child the next day. So end result: they don’t have to deal with me anymore, they got rid of my difficult child, attempted to tarnish my reputation over some frivolous/fictitious child neglect reporting all the while using their “mandated reporter” status as a shield.

Apparently I am not the only one this happened to. If you read on there is another reviewer who complained her child was not eating enough at school and they called children services claiming she was starving him!

Are you willing to risk this happening to you?



Licensing issues and lack of supervision



My general impression is that they seemed to be barely hanging on to their license and very desperate and almost paranoid about avoiding liabilities and wrongdoings.

After all there had been several incidents. When my son attended the school, for instance: there had been an incident with children hiding alone in a bathroom and the staff not knowing where they were… This event caused many write up and meetings with the licensing department as well as the firing of several of the staff. They did however disclose it to the parents and gave us paperwork to sign.



I did definitely notice when I visited that the staff was not very attentive on the playground. My son was constantly injured on the playground and bit many times while attending there. I was worried because children learn this behavior that is hard to correct and worried because of the several outbreaks of hoof and mouth that were posted on the school doors.



Also I don’t really think they all cared that much about the children just the easy money. One time I came to pick him up, he was crying hysterically in a dirty corner of the playground. The teacher was looking the other way. She got scared when she saw me and said he “wanted” to be left alone and cry.



Disorganized management:



The management also seems to be very disorganized. For instance it took the management over 2 months to realize they did not have my child’s vaccination record. Not making sure you have vaccination reports is not acceptable for a school with almost daily biting and several outbreaks of hoof and mouth and other diseases. And I am not going to bore you with all the billing errors I caught.



Availability, availability, availability



Ask yourself the obvious, why does this place always seem to have availability in an area of such high preschool demand? Is it because it’s very expensive and very poorly rated? and not by just a couple of disgruntled people but by too many reviewers to ignore. They feed on people who don’t know about online reviews or on trusting people like myself who had a real demand for childcare and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

My son attended this preschool for 6 month. I wish I had taken him out sooner.
