You will not find worse propert management anywhere

The place is run down and its clear that the lack of competent management is the reason why. The property manager "Joy" (very ironic) does nothing for the place or tenants that resembles her name. Everyone who lives here has had at least one bad experience with her sour disposition when you ask for something simple like the laundry room or pool to be cleaned. When a cat was stuck on the roof several months ago the property manager would not let anyone get it down. The cat stayed up there for 5 days and finally jumped and limped away somewhere. She didn't seem to realize that we had to listen to the poor cat whine and meow all night for four nights in a row. It literally broke my heart to hear the cat and be prevented from doing anything about it.

Beside being totally unresponsive to all the tenants and any inquiry for typical fixes. The women stomps around the complex like it is hers and has no problem barking at anyone she sees for stupid things like standing on the grass or feeding the ducks. The women is a complete killjoy to any happiness you could possible find from living there. I have no idea what that woman does all day but I know it does not have anything to do with keeping this place in shape or making is a friendly place to live. I am moving soon and could not be more happy.
