The worst service we have ever had! They Started off great. We booked the following for our wedding party!

Logistics:

Pick-up @ 1:00PM at Hyatt House



3 vehicles:

One Limo $89

One Towncar $89

One SUV $39



Grand total:

$217 + 20% gratuity



Party of 18-20 ppl



We were excited and on a strict timeline, seeing that we had scheduled a 2 hour photo session with our wedding photographer at our venue before our wedding. First they were 30-45mins late because they went to the "wrong hotel." They assumed my then Fiance played for the 49ner's because they have the same middle name "Marcus." Once they showed up, we, the women of the bridal party, watched the guys get into the town car and SUV from the window, so they would not see me, the bride, before the first look. Once the guys got into the limo, we went down and got into the limo and drove off. Everything seemed perfect from there.



Three days later we received a call from them, telling us that all the cars waited for 3 hours for us to come down and that we owe them $550. They threaten to take us to collection if we didn't pay the $550, even though they were the late ones and we offered to pay what they quoted us.



Seeing that I was just married this weekend and am in my relaxing/honeymoon period, it was really distressing to have a unnamed guy call us yelling, saying that they would take us to collections and making false accusations without discussion.



We were recommended this place, but I will definitely never use them again.

They simply don't know what they are doing. The guy owns three car company's and he runs them all badly. The reviews at Yelp are Hella crazy, pass this place by. As for them being on time, they have never been on time with me. I gave up on them, found a MUCH better service in Mountain View! Don't do business with them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these guy's. They never show up on time, the drivers and the cars are dirty, and so is the general way they run their business..take a look at the link. used there stretch for my brothers wedding and we were behind schedule, the driver was very very very nice about it. i would use them again and refer to all my friends

i have been using aaa for tha past 5 years! and they have never disappointed me, all the drivers r nice and go out of there way to help me. i always refer them to all my friends and coworkers
