12-18-16 1st appt. for a physical and severe anxiety issues. I was already prescribed Prozac previously and she upped the dose to max. I saw her again on 4-13-16 she suggested Clonazepam to help. She "suggested" that I see a Pychiatrist and i agreed. Bc of problems with insurance, it took months to get an appt. I called on 7-14-16 to ask for one more refill to last until my appt and was told no. I was told to stop my anxiety meds cold turkey bc it took about 3 months to book an appointment with a psychiatrist bc of insurance!!!!! Amber Englert 570-239-5266
